Pendant with bale measures 2 7/8 x 1 5/8 inches. Turquoise stone is 1 1/4 x 7/8 inches. Bale opening measures 7 mm. Polished sterling silver pendant has precise stamping on shadow box silverwork. Turquoise is set in raised bezel. Fine chisel work highlights bale. Leonard Nez (Navajo) learned to silversmith from his wife Marian. Active since the 1980s, Leonard is a master silver and goldsmith and has won numerous best of show awards. Gibson Nez was his cousin.
