Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we ship within the U.S. For international orders, please call our Santa Fe store, so that we can arrange an alternative method for you to receive your purchase. The customer is responsible for paying duties on any shipment that is arranged for outside of the U.S. This is determined by the country to which shipment is sent. Normally, we ship within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you by email to inform you of the expected delivery date, which will usually be within three weeks.

All merchandise purchased from SAMSVILLE GALLERY is guaranteed for authenticity and quality. We fully guarantee the structure of the metalwork and in our jewelry against defective craftsmanship. For obvious reasons of damage in wear that we can have nocontrol over, we cannot guarantee stones against cracking or chipping.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we willgladly process an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. As aforementioned, due to risk ofdamage while wearing, we only offer EXCHANGES- no returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Any questions whatsoever that you care to ask, please make it a point to do so. We have the knowledge to give correct answers.

We can handle your purchase directly with one of our sales associates if you prefer to not divulge personal information on the website. Just call for personal assistance with this matter. Prices are retail prices unless indicated otherwise. There are promotional prices that may be either discounted at checkout, or discounts may be applied with special promotional coupon numbers to be entered at checkout. Promotions will be announced through our newsletters, so please sign up for up-to-date information.
